ARCHITECTURE

PROCEDURE FOR THE PURCHASE AND FINANCING

  • FINANCING

Purchase Procedure Units
Oral reservation: After the decision to purchase the property, the client book the selected apartment for 48 hours.
Agreement on the reservation: Within 48 hours of oral reservation closed party buyer to the Seller’s agreement on reservation, valid until the end of September 2016, and the party buyer pays an advance booking of 200.000, – CZK + additional payment to 10% of the purchase price to the May 31, 2016
